SHIPPING & RETURNS

Tracking Orders

A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been confirmed for shipping. This email will incorporate your Australia Post tracking number. National parcels should be with you within 3 - 4 days.
Our customer service team will be happy to assist should you have queries relating to your shipped parcel. Queries can be made via our contact us section of our website and must include the confirmed tracking number.

Signed Parcels

All parcels must be signed for upon receipt to ensure that your delivery is secure. We recommend that should you not expect to be at home during normal business hours, that you provide an alternate address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. An alternate address can be provided prior to check out. All orders are dispatched nationwide using Australia Post registered mail.

Returns

If a Product is defective or otherwise does not comply with the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law and follow the Gilded Cage Terms and Conditions, we would be pleased to accept a return within 30 days from purchase.

    International Delivery

    Please anticipate up to 14 days for International express delivery. This is a guideline only, in most instances you will receive your order sooner. Gilded Cage will not be liable in the event we are unable to deliver the Ordered Product within that time.
